Proven Winners New Bacopas!

What better annuals to feature, after the winter we just survived, than those in the Proven Winners Bacopa (Sutera) Snowstorm series. New for 2015 are Snowstorm ‘Snow Globe’ and ‘Blue Bubbles’, joining the winning team of other top-sellers in this series: Snowstorm ‘Blue’, ‘Giant Snowflake’, and ‘Pink’. Snowstorm ‘Snow Globe’ has larger, white flowers and more blooms per stem than ‘Giant Snowflake’. It also maintains a mounded habit, versus the cascading growth of ‘Giant Snowflake’.

‘Blue Bubbles’ mixes it up with double blue flowers instead of single ones, resulting in a vibrant display. Its flowers are also more closely spaced than its predecessor, ‘Blue’. Don’t misunderstand, I love all of these crowd pleasers, but now I can choose from sweeping, more delicate looking trailers or those that provide a packed mass of flowers. Snowstorm Bacopa enjoy sun to part sun and blooms through the summer without deadheading.
