Potting Stations Never Looked So Good!

Last month I had the opportunity to speak at the Northwest Flower and Garden Show in Seattle, WA. Without a doubt, this is the most amazing show I have ever attended! In addition to row after row of gardening-related vendors, the show’s commitment to educational seminars is unequalled. More than 65,000 gardeners from across the country attend this five-day show.

Gardener’s Supply Company, based in Burlington, VT, was one of the outstanding vendors. What a surprise to see my friends at this West Coast show. A number of folk were gathered around two of their newly released potting benches. The Gardener’s Potting Bench with Shelves (above) includes a slated wood surface that slides open to reveal a dry sink. The CedarLast Potting Bench includes a stainless steel sink with a plug and drain tube for easy cleanup. Both benches are made out of rot-resistant cedar. You can also add a flexible faucet hose to the set-up for a water source right where you are working!
