Please join Joe Kunkel (former President of the Perennial Plant Association as well as Director of the Massachusetts Horticultural Society), Barbara Emerson (former President of the Direct Gardening Association and director with Horticulture Magazine) and myself for a unique teaching tour of English gardens from May 26 through June 1, 2013.
This is not your grandma’s proper English garden tour! This one focuses on much more than pretty flowers in manicured settings. It will also be a learning experience, featuring many different styles of gardens, in their historical and cultural context, and in-depth exploration of their plants and design aspects. This combination in-garden classroom/tour includes some of the most famous gardens, and garden designers, in the world. Included are two days of hands-on instruction with Adrian Bloom and others at the world renowned Bressingham Gardens created

by Adrian and the late Alan Bloom in Norfolk.
