Fall Garden Conference a Big Success

Last month’s FIRST fall garden conference, a half day event, at The Red Lion Inn attracted 84 attendees. The turnout and feedback convinced me that a fall event, similar to the spring Great Gardens and Landscaping Symposium, is indeed a good idea. (photo of a design by speaker Jan Johnsen)

The 2017 fall conference will be a full day program featuring a super line-up of speakers, a Gardeners Marketplace, special overnight room rates for conference attendees, terrific door prizes and much more. Some of this year’s fabulous door prizes included subscriptions to Garden Gate and Coastal Home magazines; gift certificates from Ward’s Nursery; Open Day tickets from The Garden Conservancy gardening books (photo: a garden in CT featured during Open Days by The Garden Conservancy) , and the 2017 Right-Size Flower Garden Calendar.
