Last Perennially Yours Open House for 2011

Please join me for my last open gardens in 2011 on Friday, August 12 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.  I am hopeful the weather will be sunny, in the 70’s and the plants will be glowing for their final appearance.  Many of the late bloomers: Daylily Baja: Helens Flowers; Black-Eyed Susans; Oriental Lilies; Japanese Anemones; pinched garden phlox, Cimicifugas (Snakeroot), and Pink Turtlehead will be clammering for your attention.  The open house is rain or shine. Directions below.  Signed copies of my books will be available for sale at the special price of $20 each, including sales tax.

Directions to 44 Chapman Street, Ballston Spa, NY  12020.

From the South: Take I 87 to Exit 12. Turn left on Rt. 67 West and go 3.3 miles to the traffic light intersection at Rt. 50. Turn right (North) on Rt. 50 and go into the center of Ballston Spa. Turn right on Malta Avenue (there is a Cumberland Farms and a laundromat at this intersection). Go 2/10 mile on Malta and then turn right onto Chapman Street (Malta Avenue Middle School is on the corner). 44 Chapman is 1/10 mile up on your right. (white house with green shutters)
From the North: Take I 87 to Exit 13 South (Rt.9 South). At your first traffic light take a right on Malta Ave. Go 3.3 miles and turn left on Chapman (Malta Avenue Middle School is on the corner). 44 Chapman is 1/10 mile up on your right.
