LAST CALL: 8TH ANNUAL GREAT GARDENS AND LANDSCAPING SYMPOSIUM AT THE EQUINOX RESORT, APRIL 1 & 2, 2011

Come on now. If you havent already registered for this premier gardening symposium in the Northeast, I’m here to nudge you. This is going to be one grand time with hundreds of home gardeners like yourself who want to ramp up the new gardening season with great information on incredible new plants, cutting edge gardening techniques, and organic products while enjoying world-class accommodations and food. And this year’s vendor area will be larger than ever. So will be the number of door prizes awarded.

Each year I strive to bring in highly acclaimed and sought-after speakers. This year is no different. The line-up is already getting great press. Bill Cullina, Charlotte Albers, Ellen Ecker Ogden, Heather Poire and yours truly will be presenting six dynamic programs complemented with colorful PowerPoints.

And despite rising costs each year, I was able to keep the symposium’s overnight packages (that includes the symposium registration) only five dollars more than last year per person. And the day-only rate is the same.

One-night packages (Friday, April 1) are $272.12 for a single or $390.24 for a double ($195.12 per person). The package includes Friday night accommodations; full breakfast and lunch on Saturday; refreshment break; six lectures, symposium handouts, garden gift, door prizes, and all taxes and gratuities. Two night packages (April 1 & 2) are $454.94 for a single or $601.88 for a double ($300.94 per person) with all taxes and gratuities included. Two night packages include all of the above plus Saturday night accommodations and Sunday breakfast. To make your reservations for symposium packages, please call The Equinox Resort at (877) 854-7625 Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (EST) and specify the Great Gardens package.

The day-only symposium registration fee is $98 per person. This includes five dynamic garden lectures on Saturday, morning coffee, mid-morning refreshments, lunch, handouts, garden gift, and door prizes. Plus you may attend the Friday evening lecture at no cost if your schedule permits. Day only registrations must go through Perennially Yours.

Nudge, nudge…..
