The Great Plants Symposium is Getting Closer!

 

The inaugural Great Plants Symposium is going to be a blast – filled with great lectures, handouts, door prizes and delicious food. All of the symposium speakers are lively and engaging presenters, dedicated to giving audiences lots of practical and creative ideas.

The Great Plants Symposium will be on Friday, October 6th from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center in Sturbridge, MA (not far from the intersection of the Mass Pike and Interstate 84).

The lectures:
*Unique and Interesting Ways to Display and Decorate with Flowers, Plants and Foliage
*Combat Cabin Fever with Your Garden!
*The World of Roses and Hydrangeas
*A Thrifty Gardener’s Guide to Luxurious Gardens (BASED ON MY UPCOMING NEW BOOK)
*Designing and Decorating with Salvage, Vintage and Recycled Materials

In addition to the full day of programming on Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., there is a special ‘Double-Header’ Class on Thursday from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. I’ll be presenting: Switcheroos – Plant This, Not That! and Garden Therapy: Tips for Reducing Stress, Improving Health and Growing Gorgeous Gardens.

The Great Plants Symposium Registration Fee: $93 per person. $88 per person for Master Gardeners and Groups of 5 or more.

Thursday afternoon 3-hour class: $49 per person. $45 per person for Master Gardeners and Groups of 5 or more.
